Cary, NC - Attackmen William Dixon(5,1), Matt Underwood(2,3), and Mitchell Dupere(2,4) combined for 17 points in a season opening victory over Cary High School.  The win marks the first in Coach Bashim's varsity head coaching career.

Broughton held the lead the entire game and never let Cary tie the score.  The defense was lead by junior goalie James Foster who came up big time and again on point blank shots.

In addition to the attack's points, freshman midfielder Dane Angell had an EMO assist that was hammered home by Dixon.  All nine of Broughton's goals were assisted.

Up next is another road trip to rival Enloe for an in-conference matchup at 7pm.
